On June 30, 2009 the Virginia Lottery announced the twenty (20) winners of the Virginia's Lucky Dog Contest.
Twenty (20) Dog owners will have an opportunity to have their dog featured on the Fall 2009 release of the Virginia's Lucky Dog II Scratcher ticket.
To have been eligible for this contest, all entries must have been received by May 26, 2009.
